COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT

In light of recent developments surrounding the Coronavirus outbreaks, Rosen & Company would like to inform its clients and others that it is taking heightened precautions in order to safeguard our community, staff and office visitors. While we do not want to cause undue panic, we are implementing the procedures detailed below to ensure safety and well-being for all.

• Effective Monday, October 4, 2021 our office is open to staff.
• We have discontinued in-person meetings/events and defer to conference calls.
• Our building is closed. Building common areas, as well as staff workstations, will be cleaned and disinfected daily.
• With regard to document signing, Rosen & Co. already offers the capability for many of our documents to be signed electronically. We will make what accommodations are necessary during this difficult time.
• Rosen & Co. and its building management team are following all applicable guidelines as issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in order to control the spread of any viruses to the best of our ability.
• We are also following all governmental guidelines.
