Stephen began his career with Chubb Insurance in 1979. Following a number of increasingly senior positions within the company, Stephen joined Walter Kaye Associates in New York as a Commercial Lines Marketing Representative. There he managed the insurance needs and portfolios of larger enterprises before departing in 1987. Subsequently he assumed a position to establish a marketing department with S. Kornreich & Sons. In 1989 Stephen joined his father as a partner in Rosen & Company, and in 1999 assumed the role of President.
Beyond his responsibilities at Rosen & Company, Stephen has held seats on the Board of Directors of the Independent Insurance Agents of Westchester County, Inc. and The Volunteer Center of The United Way.
Stephen and his wife Sara reside in Pound Ridge, New York.
For more then 17 years with Chubb Insurance Sara held a number of positions including Assistant Vice President and Regional Personal Lines Manager. In 1999 she joined Rosen & Company as Executive Vice President. Sara’s primary role is oversight and management of the Personal Lines Division and running the office.
Sara served as a member of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Westchester County. Throughout her board tenure, Sara held several chair positions, including President of the Association.
Outside of work, family is her number one priority. Sara has been touched by the challenges of autism and its effects on her extended family. This experience inspired Sara’s active support in autism awareness and associated causes. Having lost family members to cancer, she is also a supporter of the efforts of the American Cancer Society.
Sara lives in Pound Ridge, New York, with her husband Stephen.
Beth began her insurance career in 1985 with an Independent Agency in Bronxville, New York and spent more than two decades working in the community. Following that tenure, she worked as the Northeast Regional Risk Management Advisor for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Inc. before joining the Rosen & Company Executive team in December of 2016 as a Senior Vice President and Risk Management Advisor.
Beth has always been a strong proponent of Independent Insurance Agents and served as a board member of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Westchester County for many years. Throughout her tenure, Beth held several chair positions, including President of the Association for two years.
Beth currently serves as a Regional Director for the Big I New York State Association and serves as a member of the Big I NY Talent Development and Recruitment Advisory Board.
Beth achieved her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2016, followed by her Accredited Advisor Insurance (AAI) designation in 2020.
In addition to her insurance expertise and a pretty good golf swing, Beth is an accomplished martial artist. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, spinning, travel, walking her dog, and spending time with family & friends.
Beth grew up in Eastchester, New York and graduated from Iona College with her BBA and MS degree in Education.
Beth currently resides in New Rochelle, New York with her family.
A Dean’s List graduate from Northeastern University with a BS in Communications, Jodi began her insurance career with a New York City insurance brokerage firm. After 11 years in Manhattan, as her family was expanding, Jodi joined the Rosen & Company team in 2001. Jodi is a Vice President and Producer with Rosen & Company with more than 30 years of experience.
Her primary role is the acquisition of new clients. She is a licensed Producer of Personal and Commercial Insurance as well as Life, Long Term Care, Disability & Group Benefits.
In addition to her family life with her husband Andrew, her two boys and dog Twinkie, she is an active member of her Ardsley community.
Jamie is an Accounting and Finance professional with over 20 years of corporate and private accounting experience. She has worked closely with clients of privately held businesses as well as affluent individuals.
With her experience in both accounting and tax matters, Jamie’s combined expertise has only strengthened clients’ financial records. Her strengths also include; forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, developing & implementing accounting controls, business processes and tax preparation.
Jamie holds a BA in Finance and an MS in Accounting from Pace University. She has been with Rosen & Company as our Chief Financial Officer since May 2018.
Married with three children, much of her free time is spent supporting and actively participating in school activities and sports as well as volunteering with the Girls Scouts Heart of the Hudson.
After many years working for Independent Agents in Westchester County, In 1999 Rhonda joined Rosen & Company as an Account Manager in Personal Lines. In 2005 she moved to Commercial Lines Account Management, a position she held until her promotion to Personal Lines Manager in 2009.
Rhonda’s professional experience includes positions at MetLife, Unum Provident and Nationwide Insurance Company. She holds licenses in Property & Casualty and Life and is a Notary Public.
A 20-year resident of Putnam County, Rhonda is married and spends her free time volunteering on behalf of the American Red Cross. She is a gourmet cook and loves a good book.
